Cancellation Policy
- Online Appointment Bookings: A $10 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your chosen service.
- Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. With sufficient notice, we can offer the time slot to other valued clients. If this notice is provided, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. We appreciate your understanding, as our staff reserves this time specifically for your care.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. This helps ensure that all clients receive their full service time and that our schedule runs smoothly.
Credit Usage Policy
We offer store credit in eligible cases to provide flexibility and satisfaction. Please review the guidelines below:
- Credit Validity: Store credit is valid for six (6) months from the date it is issued. After that time, any unused credit will expire.
- Usage Restrictions: Credit must be used in the same form it was issued.
- Credit issued for a returned product can only be used to purchase another product.
- Credit issued for a service must be applied toward another service.
This functions as a direct exchange. No exceptions can be made to this part of the policy.
