By providing us with sufficient advance notice, we can offer the time slot to other valued clients. If you adhere to this policy, a full refund of your deposit will be promptly issued.
- Last-minute cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the deposit for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as our staff and aestheticians have reserved this time specifically for your care.
- Late arrivals: Punctuality is essential to maintain our commitment to quality and respect for all our clients. Please note that arriving more than 20 minutes late for your appointment may result in its cancellation. This policy ensures that each client receives the full duration of their service and maintains the smooth functioning of our spa schedule.
